For travellers looking for Brisbane Airport valet parking, Brisbane Airport offers two official services: ParkValet & Park&Fly. The difference in services comes from the rates charged, as well as the terminals they serve.
Park&Fly at Brisbane Airport is the official valet service designed for travellers flying from Brisbane's domestic terminal, T2.
The valet process is simple. Drop your car off at the Park & Fly drop-off bay on Level 3 of the P2 Car Park outside the Domestic Terminal and show your QR code, sent via email, to the valet attendant. They will take care of the rest. You can book the valet service online at the official Brisbane Airport website or in person upon arrival. Travellers using this service will have direct access to the Domestic Terminal via the Skywalk that connects the valet parking service and the domestic precinct. Your car will be protected by 24/7 CCTV security.
Upon return, head back to the Park & Fly office, where they will hand over your keys and direct you to the row your car is parked in, in the 'Returns' area. Travellers should keep in mind that their vehicle may be parked in an open-air lot whilst away.
ParkValet at Brisbane Airport is the official valet service designed for travellers flying from Brisbane's International Terminal, T1.
The valet process is simple. Drop your car off at Level 1 of the International Terminal Car Park outside the International Terminal, and show your QR code sent via email, to the attendant. They will handle the rest. You can book the valet service online through the official Brisbane Airport website or in person upon arrival. The ParkValet service is located a 2-minute walk from the international terminal check-in desks.
While Brisbane Airport doesn't disclose where exactly your car will be kept, they do state it will remain in a secure undercover or open-air location on the airport grounds.
The two official Brisbane Airport valet services offer somewhat of the same rates. Rates at Park&Fly start at $119.00 for the first 24 hours and extend to $169.00 for 3 days, $269.00 for one week, and $374.00 for 2 weeks.
ParkValet rates start at $129.00 for the first 24 hours and extend to $169.00 for 3 days, $269.00 for one week, $409.00 for 2 weeks, and $20.00 for each day thereafter. ParkValet will then be the more expensive valet parking service at both 24 hours, and any parking duration after 10 days.

Park&Fly has been rated a 3.6/5 with over 50 Google reviews. The reviews are rather mixed, with customers either citing complete satisfaction with the service, or complete distrust, and dissatisfaction. Those who cited dissatisfaction noted that upon their return, their car's driver settings were altered, car mileage was significantly higher, and their vehicle was dirty due to being parked in an open-air location.
Additional reviews cited that the Park&Fly service is not like a typical valet service, and requires you to do the heavy lifting of retrieving your car and wait for an attendant to become available should you need any assistance.
ParkValet, on the other hand, does not have Google-certified reviews. However, Flyparks has scoured the internet to find reviews from past customers. Similar to Park&Fly, ParkValet reviews are a bit negative, with travellers complaining about returning to dirty vehicles that were parked off-site and internal settings in their vehicles being tampered with.
